Who is responsible

Rakamly is made and published by Çağan Güney Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye, which releases its software under the name LunarCove Studio. Where data protection law refers to a data controller, that company is it — though there is very little to control, because the app gathers nothing.

What is saved on the device

So that a half-finished grid is still waiting when you come back, and so the stats screen has something to show, Rakamly writes a save file into its own private storage on your phone. It contains puzzle state and numbers only:

• The grid you are in the middle of, the digits you have placed and the candidate notes you have pencilled in.
• Which puzzles you have completed, at which difficulty and grid size.
• Solve times, best times, current and longest streaks, and hints used.
• Settings such as theme, conflict highlighting and sound.

None of this identifies you. No name, email address, phone number, contact list, photo, location, advertising identifier or device identifier is involved at any point, and we never see the file.

Where the puzzles come from

Every grid is generated and checked before release and shipped inside the APK, so the app never downloads a puzzle, never requests one from a server and never sends back how you solved it. Hints are computed on the device from the puzzle in front of you, which is why they work with the phone in aeroplane mode.

What the app does not do

There is no advertising library, so no adverts are shown and no advertising profile is built from your play. There is no analytics library and no crash reporter, so no usage events, session logs or crash traces are gathered or transmitted — we do not know which puzzles you finish or how long you take. There is no billing library, so nothing can be bought and no payment data exists. There is no account system and no leaderboard, so no name, email address or password is ever asked for and no result is shared with anyone.

Rakamly requests no Android runtime permissions at all: not camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage or notifications.

Network use

None. The whole puzzle set, every rule variation and the stats screens are compiled into the download, so the app opens no connection to our servers or anyone else's and behaves identically offline. Because nothing is sent, nothing can be intercepted; because nothing is received, no behaviour can be switched on remotely after you install it.

The one company involved anyway

Google, because Rakamly is distributed through Google Play. When you install or update the app, Google processes that under its own privacy policy and its own agreement with you. What reaches us is the aggregated, anonymous figures shown in the developer console — install counts, ratings, country totals — which cannot be traced back to an individual player.

If a future version of Rakamly ever includes anything that touches the network, this page will be rewritten before that version is published, and the change will be described plainly rather than added quietly.

Younger players

Rakamly is a logic puzzle suitable for a general audience, including children learning to reason with numbers. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either, and there is nothing in it — no adverts, no chat, no sharing, no outbound links, nothing to buy — through which a child could send information anywhere or spend money.

If you are a parent, guardian or teacher and something appears to behave differently from what is described here, please write to us and we will look into it straight away.

Your rights, and clearing your progress

Under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), and under the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply to you, you may learn whether your personal data is processed, obtain a copy, have it corrected or erased, and complain to a supervisory authority. Those rights need data to act on, and we hold none, so there is nothing for us to send, correct or delete on your behalf. If you would like that confirmed in writing for your own records, ask and we will send it.

Your progress is yours alone to remove. Reset it inside the app, clear the app's data in Android settings, or uninstall Rakamly — the save file goes with it. None of that needs our involvement, and no copy is left behind, because no copy was ever made.

Changes, and how to reach us

This page is updated only when the app changes in a way that affects privacy, and the date in the table above changes with it. Builds you have already installed keep behaving exactly as they do today.
